I'm trying to eat more protein at breakfast...
fletch65: it’s really not that easy. I managed a bowl of oats (6g) & 2 eggs (12g) this morning. My nutritionist says I need 30g and I’ve only had just over half that. Blech. I guess I’m gonna need to buy some kind of protein shake shake shake. Again, blech. I had roast lamb for breakfast hot out of the slow cooker.
