Making and selling tshirts + merch
What are the options to make tshirt and merchandise designs and sell them online? I know about cafepress - are there any others?
Ideally it would meet these criteria:
- non-sweatshop materials eg for tshirts
- built in checkout and money processing
- they do the shipping

I hear cafepress do a nasty transfer job on their shirts. I suggest http://www.spreadshirt.com
One of my mates bought a hoodie from an online store that uses spreadshirt and the quality is very good.
