I recently received this skirt in the mail from the ever-wonderful Kate, known round here as nsomn. While Mr. Roy L., isn’t a man I’d drive the distance to see, I am a big fan of skirts that make statements. Aesthetic ones, I should specify. Although if you meet a talking skirt, I’d like to hear about it.
